Joint Mathematics Junior Colloquium (ICMAT-UAM-UC3M-UCM)

Coordinators:
Manuel Lainz & Adrián Linares

The aim of Junior Colloquium is to be a meeting place for young mathematics researchers in Madrid.

The Colloquium is divided in two sessions, in which two speakers will share with the rest of the attendants some interesting (not necessarily new) result or some aspect of their research. Moreover, there will be a small break between the talks in which we will chat and have a coffee.

If you are interested in participating as a speaker, please send an email to any of the organizers. Be aware that the Junior Colloquium is not an specialized seminar. Hence, we recommend to avoid very technical lectures. The results should be well motivated, so that someone who is not familiar with the field of research should be able to understand their interest. Talks should be accessible to mathematicians of any area. If you have any doubt or you need advice, contact the organizers. We will be happy to help in whatever we can.
