Kari Astala
Kari Astala is Professor at University of Helsinki, distinguished among other things by the Salem Prize in 1994 and the Finnish Cultural Foundation Prize in 2011. Astala was one of the chairmen in the second edition of the ICMAT Severo Ochoa Laboratories.
