‘JAE INTRO 2022’ INTRODUCTORY RESEARCH GRANTS FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS

The CSIC has published the call for applications for the JAE INTRO 2022 Introductory Research Grants programme for university students.

A total of 300 training grants have been announced for research stays at CSIC centres lasting 7 consecutive months, of which 90 will be awarded in the Global Area of Matter, which includes the field of mathematics. The total amount of the grant is €4,200.

The programme is aimed at university students in the final year of their undergraduate or master’s degree, with the objective of initiating them into a scientific career and providing them with an approach to the knowledge of current scientific-technical problems and the methods used to solve them.

The minimum average mark of the academic record to apply for these grants is 8.00 in the case of undergraduate courses and 7.00 in the case of double degrees.

The application period is open from 5th of October to 7th of November 2022, through the telematic application: https://sede.csic.gob.es/intro2022

DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED

  • Document accrediting identity (DNI, NIE, Passport).
  • Personal academic certificate or academic transcript
  • Documentation accrediting the content of the Curriculum Vitae.
  • Responsible declaration (according to the model located at https://sede.csic.gob.es/intro2022)

In order to be able to present the documentation, an electronic signature is required.

Once the scholarships have been awarded, the beneficiaries must choose the training plan and the tutor with whom they will work.
