Resumen:
The Landau equation is a fundamental model in collisional plasma dynamics, but its well-posedness theory remains incomplete, and it seems plausible that it may exhibit singular behavior analogous to that of the compressible Euler equations. In this talk, we study the fuzzy Landau equation, which can be viewed as a mollified version of the classical Landau equation. We prove uniqueness and stability of bounded solutions for a class of nonlinear models that includes the fuzzy Landau equation. The argument relies on a stochastic coupling that controls the growth of the 2-Wasserstein distance, for which we provide an analytic interpretation. We conclude by briefly indicating how the method extends to other well-known equations, such as Vlasov-Poisson, Patlak-Keller-Segel, and 2D incompressible Euler in vorticity form, recovering certain previously known uniqueness results.
