Registration fee
The registration is free. It will cover attendance, materials, lunches and dinners and buses as scheduled.
Bursaries
Participants from COST countries may be reimbursed according to COST rules. The number of participants is limited.
Dates
The workshop will start on Wednesday afternoon, after the ESR School and will end at Friday midday, with the WG sessions and the Action Assembly.
Facilities offered by the Mathematical Sciences Institute of the National Research Council of Spain
The ICMAT-CSIC will provide its outstanding facilities located at the UAM campus, as well as administrative and organisation support. ICMAT-CSIC is one the 15 Severo Ochoa excellent research centres in Spain. Please take a look at the program for special buses going to the event.
Location
The workshop will take place at the ICMAT-CSIC site, located within easy reach by train North of Madrid.
