Fan Zheng is a postdoc at ICMAT. His research interests lies in nonlinear dispersive equations and fluid mechanics. More specifically, he is interested in applying techniques from harmonic analysis to understand local and global behavior of a range of fluid models, including the Euler equation, the water wave equation, the Burgers-Hilbert equation and the (generalized) surface quasi-geostrophic equation, among others.
