The four institutions that are part of the ICMAT have their own protocol for preventing and responding to sexual harassment, including reporting mechanisms.

- UCM | Protocol for responding to sexual and/or sexist harassment
- UC3M | II Protocol for the prevention of and response to sexual harassment and cyber-harassment, harassment and cyber-harassment on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity and/or expression at UC3M (approved in November 2019)
