Lie algebroids over differentiable stacks

Abstract:
Many geometric structures on differentiable stacks have been defined in recent years. Nevertheless, the concept of a Lie algebroid remained unclear. In this talk I will introduce them, show some of their basic properties and construct many relevant examples. This is joint work with Daniel Alvarez.
