Steady Euler flows all of whose orbits are closed

Abstract:
We present two constructions on the 3-sphere, one of Beltrami fields and the other of a steady Euler flow with nonconstant Bernoulli function, that are tangent to the fibers of a (almost everywhere) submersion. These constructions are related to a low energy effective theory for nuclear physics.
