Resumen:
The Levine-Tristram signature is one of the classical and best-understood link invariants. It can be generalized in various ways to an invariant of links. In particular, Cimasoni and Florens constructed a multivariable generalization of the Levine-Tristram signature.
Having constructed multivariable signatures, one can ask whether we can read off the values of the signature of siblings from the multivariable signature of a link. For example, the classical Torres formula shows that this is indeed the case for the multivariable Alexander polynomial.
In this talk, we will start with an introduction to signature-type invariants of knots and links and then sketch a strategy leading to an answer to the question from the previous paragraph.
