Complex analysis and Geometric Function Theory are classical research areas but basic questions about linear bounded operators on Hilbert spaces link with classical results from analytic-function theory. This process invests old theorems with new meanings, and bestows upon functional analysis an intriguing class of linear operators and operator semigroups. The main goal of this workshop is bringing together leading international experts for an exchange of results and methods, and for tracing the future development in operator theory and complex analysis. In addition to plenary talks, the workshop will provide opportunities for participants (mainly young researchers) to present their results and interact with other researchers with similar interests.
