The ICMAT is a joint research institute of CSIC (Higher Council for Scientific Research of Spain) and three universities from Madrid:  Universidad Autónoma de Madrid,  Universidad Carlos III and Universidad Complutense .












How to Arrive

The easiest way to get to the institute is by train (line C4, direction Alcobendas or Colmenar Viejo). Get off at Cantoblanco Universidad station and head straigh Vicente Tomás y Valiente street. 

The ICMAT is at the end of this street, just on the instersection with Nicolás Cabrera street.

On your right you will find a map from  Google Maps wich has been completed since Google's data are not fully updated

There is also the possibility to arrive at Campus of Universidad Autónoma de Madrid by bus. Line 714 departs from Plaza de Castilla and arrive at the Campus (Cantoblanco Universidad-Einstein Stop) . However, the train is faster. You can see here  the  Schedule .
