The President of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), Rafael Rodrigo; the Secretary of State for Research, Felipe Pétriz; the Director of the Institute for Mathematical Sciences (ICMAT), Manuel de León; and the Director of the Institute for Theorical Physics (IFT), Alberto Casas have also taken part in the act. Together with the participation of the chancellors of UAM (José Mª Sanz), UCM (José Carrillo) and UC3M (Daniel Peña), as well.
